 This is a complete list of all Palladium Skills to the best of my ability, organized as best I could under the circumstances. All skill include the base AND the advancement per level; However, some skills have bonuses and modifiers, and each is distinct, SO BE SURE TO READ UP BEFORE WRITING OUT THE CHARACTER SHEET. Also, just because it's listed here DOESN'T tell you much about the skill itself; For example, Computer Repair means ONLY repairing computers- No programming, no advanced typing skills, nothing. Without the book, you won't understand what you've taken. Finally, it's handy to keep a copy of the skill itself with the character sheet (especially for highly complicated skills) to be able to reference what exactly they are for.
