The third Director Of Fehran Security Services appointed under IPA (later UGC) occupation was VOSS Sleia, a Fehran woman who'd been born a decade after the fall of the Atorian Em Reddites. Sleia was noted in the press for never having married; For the first three years of her Directorship it was attributed to her dedication to her career, having risen from the ranks of Jr. Police Cadets (middle schoolers in job shadow programs) to Directorship on her own merits and extremely hard work. Over the 30 years she'd been in the industry she'd served in every major department to one degree or another, even serving a 2 year stint in dispatch "for experience." She only took 4 years off to serve in the REF Marine, fighting for 18 months on FBX 21555320.  However, over the course of her career whispers were heard; The absolute cultural norm of the Fehrans for over a thousand years men were draft animals and breeders, nothing more. Some might have a status as a favored pet, but even a woman's ginah (roughly analogous to a Terran dog) was treated better. Those whispers said something toxic to any Fehran woman's life; "She treats her breeder far too well..." An investigative reporter discovered the smoking gun- Sleia was absolutely heterosexual. The scandal that followed threatened not only Sleia's career but her very life.  Sleia's salvation came in two forms; Immediately the REF Garrison Commander, Captain Renee SKIDMORE, expressed an opinion that Sleia's life choices shouldn't effect her standing. Though not an explicit threat, when the very person who can order your planet leveled makes a passing remark in your support people tend to sit down, shut up, and grouse quietly.  Her second salvation came in her personal handling of the scandal; Other than a particularly ugly incident in a courtroom where an Atorian sympathizer attempted to assassinate her (Sleia "beak the brakes off of her" attacker before being restrained and asking to be escorted out, then apologized for disturbing the court and paid a minor fine) she handled the matter with a grace bordering on machoism. She gave several interviews and did nothing more than bluntly stated she preferred males and had since she was at least 16. Nothing more, nothing less. Every abuse heaped upon her (other than the incident in the courtroom) she would just shrug and say little more than "Ok" if even that.  Watching this was a recent arrival, the former Atorian HALAVNIE Fehlain. Fehlain had grown up in the Atorian system but chose to defect after capture during a failed raid on Sevrin. As a condition of her parole Fehlain was forced to wear a red coat with a yellow trim. Red coats and shirts had been the traditionally required dress of parolees under the Atorian system, the addition of the yellow trim was added for Atorian defectors (since the Atorian uniform was yellow trim on a blue outfit).  As Fehlain would later explain herself;  "I watched these people viciously beating up this poor lady for over a year, the only ones who would support her were the damned robitucks" (ROBOTECHS, all non-AE members) "and thinking 'this is ridiculous.' So I resolved to make it my new business. I didn't come back to Fehra just to be place in 'little Atoria' did I? So I started researching the issues and found the Dreveil School, and after going through their program and with their blessing¹ started my own chapter. Sleia's grace through out the scandal was what impressed me; Never a raised voice, never interrupted, never insulted, she took the abuse and still stayed true to who she really was, nothing more nothing less."  ¹ The claim of having the Dreveil's blessing would be disputed for a period until the Headmistress personally certified that Fehlain had their blessing AND was given a grant of 2M€ for start up funding.  She announced the formation of her guild by stepping out of her apartment with her man, a Fehran/T'sen/Terran named Joahses HOWARD, following him to his left and behind and wearing a heavy standard steel slave collar while he did not.  The symbolism of this alone was lost on no one- The norm in Atorian society would have been the exact opposite and Fehran society hadn't changed much at this point that guns couldn't force, and as they walked 10 blocks to the courthouse they drew many observers. At the courthouse was when the real announcement began; Fehlain petitioned to have her name legally changed from HALAVNIE to d'HOWARD, taking the man's name- A total and complete declaration of submission to a man, inverting several thousand years of Atorian/Fehran culture. The next day she filed the paperwork needed for an LLC named "Reddites United," listed as a non-profit dedicated to defending heterosexual Fehran woman. Within a year they had around a thousand members (a pittance compared to the hundreds of millions of Fehrans still on world, but not insignificant), many of whom were actually as homosexual as any normal Fehran woman- They just liked the idea of bucking the system for it's own sake.  For over a decade Sleia's example was cited as the model, and after retiring from Fehran Security Services Sleia herself joined, being proclaimed the First Patron and spiritual founder in the same ceremony where she took her collar off of her man and had him put it on her then proceeded to allow him to brand her in the manner of a common slave. (Sleia's collar was gold, since her man had given her a child.)  There was never been a feud for leadership of The Reddites; Sleia didn't want the job. Quasi-cult; Built on the Dreveil model, the Reddites just seek their own happiness. All are avowed man-lovers, and most are strictly heterosexual; All submit to a man, with about 90% enslaving themselves to a man, about 75% of which are Fehran men; Almost all of first generation men were the member's slaves, for a total social inversion.	Simple (5); All Reddites wear the yellow on red dress coat of the Atorian defectors at meetings; Only Atorian defectors must wear it otherwise, but many non-Atorian members wear it as a mark of pride even outside of meetings. Most also have allowed themselves to be enslaved by their men.	Cheap Equipment (2); They get the yellow on red coat and a collar, and that's about it. However they can acquire a lot of off-market goods through fellow Reddites. Illegal goods are banned by the guild, but a lot of items that are difficult to find or 50% off deals are often found and shared through the guild.	None (0). They should in theory not need it. However, some Reddite associated men do give them weapons, and with the exception of a few unusual cases of former Atorians they are not forbidden to own them; Most carry at least a very large knife, and some have large collections of various weapons (guns and otherwise). Many are REF and RDF veterans.

Letter Service (10). Emails and text messages fly around the members like air, and they never stop communicating with text trains millions of comments long. They avoid fighting each other, deferring to their men to settle disputes for them.	Lax (5). They don't even WANT security, but their men may stand outside of meetings in case of trouble. Their email and membership lists are PUBLIC, and most members make their membership proudly public.	Meeting Place (2). Fehlain d'HOWARD bought a house in the Remmina region and with the help of her 'master' converted the living room into a lobby and the family room into an office.	Gossips (2) and Underworld Contacts (5). 99% of the emails and text messages of Reddites is simple gossip, and everyone has underworld contacts but noting formal. They do have a formal working relationship with the Dreveils.

Unprincipled (6). They are in this to "Be Happy," not to save the universe, and by 'being happy' they mean the right to love a man, most exclusively loving men. Joining means declaring you love men (even if you don't).	None (0). Fehlain made it clear any criminal activity is not to be tolerated. You don't have to report criminal activity, but you're not allowed to engage in it either. Those caught are summarily terminated as members.	Suspicious (2). They are treated as anti-socials disrupting the order of the Fehran people, and trust is not something they have a lot of from the general public, though open violence is rare.	None (0). Some members pay a small fee for the newsletter but not all. Even Her Ladyship The Principle is unpaid, though wise investments and occasional donations has made the 2M€ granted them by the Dreveils indefinitely.
